Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer — we'll keep you informed.
UK Shipping We offer standard and express delivery across the United Kingdom:
- Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
- Express Delivery: 1–2 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.
European & International Shipping We ship to selected European countries. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. Please note that orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at help@mazrartie.com and we'll investigate with the courier.
